2. Eligibility for Return To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be strictly maintained:
The item must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, tags, seals, and accessories must be intact and included.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping back the item.
3. Non-Returnable Products Certain products are excluded from our return policy:
Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
Opened or used items such as personal hygiene products, headphones, and software licenses.
Custom-configured or special order items.
Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage.
4. Return Procedure To initiate a return:
