At DKV International General Trading, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your products are shipped, what to expect during delivery, and your options as a customer.


1. Delivery Coverage

We offer shipping to:

  • All Emirates within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • GCC Countries and select international destinations, depending on courier availability and local import laws.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be extended.

4. Shipping Charges

  • UAE Orders:

    • Free shipping on orders over AED 500.

    • AED 20 flat rate for orders under AED 500.

  • GCC & International Orders:

    • Rates calculated at checkout or quoted manually via email.

    • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery

  • If no one is available at the provided address, our courier will attempt a second delivery.

  • If the second attempt fails, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply.


6. Delays & External Factors

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected courier issues

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues as needed.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged packaging or products, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Missing items, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To change your shipping address or cancel an order:

  • We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been shipped.


9. Bulk & B2B Shipments

For large-volume, wholesale, or custom B2B orders:

  • Custom delivery timelines and rates may apply.

  • We offer palletized shipping, warehouse delivery, or scheduled drop-off.
