At DKV General Trading, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver the highest quality products. This Return Policy outlines the specific terms, conditions, and criteria under which you can request a return, refund, or exchange. It applies to all purchases made through our website and official sales channels.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth return process, we require the following criteria to be met for any item to be eligible for return:
Return must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in unused, unopened, and original condition.
Items must be returned with complete original packaging, including:
Brand/manufacturer box or pouch
All tags, labels, and barcodes
Accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any)
A valid proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).
Products must be returned only after obtaining approval from our support team.
⚠️ Note: Returns failing to meet the above criteria will be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Used/opened headphones, hygiene products, and personal care items.
Software, digital licenses, or downloadable items.
Custom-configured items and bulk corporate orders.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is:

Incorrect due to our fulfillment error
It is strongly recommended to use a trackable courier service.
DKV General Trading is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email of the return status.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for faulty or misdelivered products.
